7:45-8:30 PM On The Balls  

  • Slow-Mo Flow is appropriate for all levels. This class will have detailed cueing and is intended to bring greater strength and awareness into underused areas of the body. 
  • On The Balls requires no yoga experience! This class requires that you own or purchase Yoga Tune-Up massage therapy balls as we will be using them for self-massage.
